Australian Core Skills Framework
ACSF Level 2 is the working-foundation level of the Australian Core Skills Framework for reading and writing: everyday texts, familiar contexts, clear structure. It is the typical entry expectation for many Certificate II courses and the level many Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) screeners check before enrolment.
The ACSF describes five levels across five core skills. This page covers reading and writing; our sister site covers the numeracy strand.

Drill Level 2, unlimited and free ACSF Level 2 numeracy practice testLevel 2 of the Australian Core Skills Framework describes everyday reading and writing in familiar contexts: short notices, simple instructions, everyday forms, and short simple texts written for familiar purposes. Many Certificate II courses expect it at entry.
There is no single official public ACSF test. Providers assess against the framework using their own tools. This free practice test is built to the Level 2 descriptors so you can check where you stand before a provider assessment.
That is exactly what practice is for. Work through the questions with the explanations, then use the free papers and Skill Gym to build up one skill at a time.
