Texts are drawn from community and everyday workplace contexts: a first-person account, a council notice, a volunteer roster, a newsletter article with figures, a customer procedure and a letter to the editor, mapped to ACSF Levels 2 to 4. The exam's Summary Writing and Extended Writing tasks are separate components and are not part of this paper.
